When we say ‘intellectual property’, what does this actually mean? In short, we use our intellect / our mind, to come up with an idea. When we bring that idea to life, it becomes our property.
When we look at your business, there is likely to be lots of examples of intellectual property that you are using. These range from the name of the business and the branding to the way you describe your products or services, the products themselves, the software and code, the photography and videos, and so on.
