Why consider joining us?

Whilst we believe we’re a great company to work with, we want you to invest a little bit of time getting to know us before deciding for yourself.

Our Purpose

For too long, law firms have been allowed to get away with offering a poor service at a high price.

Our purpose is simple; We’re putting the service back into legal services by offering excellent plain speaking legal support to businesses, delivered by a happy and fulfilled team of specialist experts.

We are situated in a Grade II Listed converted stable block, that is also dog friendly. We have the following facilities available for you to use whenever you like:

• Café
• Microbrewery

Having Fun

The majority of us will spend most of our lives working, so making sure we have fun along the way is absolutely essential.

We regularly organise team Away Days where we might participate in things like indoor crazy golf, escape rooms, wine tastings and water park assault courses.

We also take it in turns to host a team breakfast meeting once a month. And we’ve had some pretty interesting breakfasts!

Small Team

If you’re looking to join a firm with a tall pyramid structure and countless departments, we’re not the firm for you.

As you’ll see from our ‘meet the team’ page, we don’t have a cast of thousands. Everyone joins us to work ‘with’ us not ‘for’ us. We treat our team like a family and value the opinions and ideas all of them bring to the table. Without them, our business wouldn’t exist.

This is a key part of our culture that we are determined to preserve, even as we grow.
