Sauce Communications has acquired a majority stake in The M Collective, forming a new entity called “The Sauce Collective.” While both agencies will retain their individual identities and areas of expertise, the partnership merges their strengths in luxury and lifestyle communications. This collaboration aims to provide a comprehensive range of services, including strategy, digital marketing, events, and partnerships, under the umbrella of The Sauce Collective.
Our role
Hybrid Legal acted on behalf of Sauce Communications as the buyer in this new partnership. The legal team was led by Mike Duggan and Shelly Stemp, who provided end-to-end corporate and M&A legal support throughout the process.
