This strategic move positions the Bedfordshire-based foodservice marketing specialist for accelerated growth in a global food service market projected to grow from $3.5 trillion to $6.3 trillion by 2032
Our role
Hybrid Legal represented 2MG Ltd / Omne Agency Ltd as the seller in the transaction. Our work was led by Mike Duggan and supported by Shelly Stemp, who provided tailored corporate and M&A legal advice throughout the process.
The transaction involved coordination with various stakeholders, including the buyer’s legal team and advisors from Cactus, ensuring a smooth and collaborative deal process from start to finish.
