In May 2025, CAM Ltd, a digital photography platform led by Craig Marsh and Martyn Rousell, successfully acquired Videscape (in administration) and Clickasnap. This strategic move strengthens CAM’s market position and brings exciting opportunities for growth and innovation.
Our role
Hybrid Legal acted for CAM Ltd as the buyer. Mike Duggan and Shelly Stemp advised Craig and Martyn throughout the acquisition, guiding them through what was a brand-new legal process for the team. Our role included managing the complexities of buying from administration, negotiating terms, and ensuring the deal was delivered efficiently and clearly.
