Shelly is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who advises clients on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and reorganisations.
Shelly joined Hybrid Legal in 2023 having spent her early career in a leading regional law firm before taking some time as a corporate consultant to manage raising her family.
Shelly has experience of a broad range of corporate work. She has acted on many private company acquisitions and sales, equity investments, company reorganisations and general company law matters. Shelly has worked with a wide client base, from entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses to large corporates in a variety of sectors but with a particular focus on creative and digital agencies, media and events, travel, education and engineering.
Shelly enjoys reading, yoga, walking the dog and spending time with family and friends.
