Mike Duggan

Director and Joint Head of Corporate

Mike is an extremely experienced corporate lawyer and business advisor, and one of the Directors at Hybrid Legal.

Mike has been advising clients for over 30 years from right across the business spectrum on key strategic projects including exits, acquisitions, shareholder matters, and corporate reorganisations. Before joining Hybrid Legal to help transform and accelerate the growth of its corporate offering, Mike had a fabulous 27 year career as a senior partner at a Tier 1 international law firm, where he helped build and then led the highly successful London Corporate business.

Mike has advised Boards at world class FTSE 100 companies on their largest M&A deals, to owners and founders of growth companies. All clients welcome Mike’s friendly approachable style, his trusted expert advice, and the care that he takes to support and guide clients through a process that is often new to them.

Outside of Hybrid, Mike is Chairman and a NED of a theatre business supporting early career artists, a trustee & founder of a children’s charity, and loves family, fishing and football.
