Cleaning Operations offer commercial cleaning services for all industry sectors and pride themselves in their flexibility to adapt to different industries and their high level deep cleans.

The company have particular expertise in construction cleaning but also provide cleaning services for hotels, restaurants, museums, office buildings and hospitals. They boast an impressive client list and have been engaged for both the Paris and Geneva motor shows.

We caught up with Director Luzia Holloway to learn about her motivations for setting up the company and what she likes best about Hybrid.

Why did you start Cleaning Operations?

I wanted to make a difference to customers and offer a bespoke, professional cleaning service. I also wanted to make a difference for those who work for us and give them really valuable experience working for a professional cleaning company and for incredible clients. 

What has been your most satisfying moment in business so far?

I would say my most satisfying moment has been seeing all my team progressing and always improving, both on a personal and on professional level. I am incredibly proud of both my team and clients and love watching both grow.

If you had to pass on one key tip to our clients for their businesses, what would it be?

Profits with principles. It is very important to be ethical in business. This should be integral to your business model. When you run your own business, every day is full of challenges and by being true to yourself and to your values is one less thing to worry about. 

Why did you hire hybrid – what was appealing to you?

I would say the most appealing aspect of working with Hybrid is your caring approach to companies’ commercial well-being, which is second to none. Hybrid makes it affordable for a business owner to protect their business which I have found to be very unusual for law firms!
