She builds strong and lasting relationships by really getting to know the clients’ business objectives and their teams. Sally has dealt with numerous business restructures, collective consultation, TUPE transfers and business acquisitions.
She is experienced in implementing effective performance management and reward and recognition strategies that increase productivity, by ensuring teams are high performing and fully engaged.
When she is not working, Sally is out with her dog, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or socialising with friends and family.
