Leanne’s areas of expertise include mergers, acquisitions and disposals, company reorganisations, corporate governance and shareholder issues. Leanne enjoys advising a wide variety of clients and therefore can assist whether a business is at the start up stage, looking to implement a growth strategy or arrange an exit plan.
In her spare time, Leanne enjoys boxing and ballet, although not usually at the same time.
